Green Light Skills

Green Light Skills are skills to use everyday to promote a strong, stable foundation of mental health.

They look like:

  • Deep breathing
  • Taking care of you body through fuel, movement and rest
  • Connecting with others
  • Being aware of how you feel
  • Doing something you enjoy
  • Setting healthy boundaries
  • Taking medication as prescribed
  • Being thoughtful of the substances you put in your body
  • Asking for help when you need it
